Using AI Agents

  1. Launch an agent from the workflow where you are already working, such as layouts, templates, widgets, playlists, schedules, or content
  2. Enter the task or prompt and wait for the execution to complete
  3. Review the returned draft or execution summary
  4. Use the AI Agents page to review history, status, logs, and saved draft state

Agent Permissions

AI Agents respect your organization's role-based access control. Agents can only see and act on resources available to the current user, and draft save actions stay scoped to the owning organization.
