Using Templates

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Templates
  2. Browse templates by category or search by name
  3. Click "Use Template" to start customizing
  4. Replace placeholder text and images with your own content
  5. Adjust colors, fonts, and sizing to match your brand
  6. Save as new content or add directly to a playlist

Creating Custom Templates

Create your own reusable templates for your organization:

  1. Design your content from scratch or customize an existing template
  2. Click "Save as Template"
  3. Name and describe your template
  4. Define which elements are editable (text fields, images, colors)
  5. The template is saved to your organization's template library
