Generate text, images, and supported media assets directly into your content library.

Overview

AI Studio is StreamSign's built-in creative tool that lets you generate professional content without leaving the platform. Describe what you want in natural language, and AI creates it for you. Generated content can be reviewed and saved into your content library for use in playlists, templates, and screen campaigns.

Text Generation

Generate professional copy for your signage displays:

  • Marketing headlines and taglines
  • Product descriptions and feature highlights
  • Event announcements and invitations
  • Menu descriptions and daily specials
  • Company news and internal communications

Provide a prompt describing the text you need, and AI generates multiple options. Choose your favorite, edit if needed, and add it to your content library.

Image Generation

Create original images using text prompts:

  • Background images for signage displays
  • Product visualizations and mockups
  • Abstract patterns and branded graphics
  • Seasonal and holiday themed imagery
  • Icons and illustrations

Tip: Be specific in your prompts for best results. Include details about style, colors, composition, and mood. For example: "Modern minimalist coffee shop interior, warm tones, soft lighting, 16:9 landscape orientation".

Media Workflows

Some organizations also use AI Studio for richer media workflows:

  • Motion backgrounds and animated loops
  • Promotional visual assets
  • Campaign variations for seasonal or location-specific messaging
  • Background treatments for weather and template-driven screens

Availability and processing time depend on the generation type and your organization's plan or environment configuration.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → AI Studio
  2. Select the generation type available in your workspace
  3. Enter a descriptive prompt
  4. Optionally adjust the available settings for that workflow
  5. Click "Generate"
  6. Review the result — regenerate or edit as needed
  7. Click "Save to Library" to add it to your content

Usage & Limits

AI Studio usage and generation quotas are tied to your organization's billing configuration. Check Dashboard → Billing for the usage and plan details shown in your workspace.
