Integrations

Review the external services and embedded workflows available in StreamSign.

Overview

StreamSign supports selected integrations for content import, dashboards, calendars, and external media workflows. Availability depends on your plan, your organization's configuration, and the integration surface being used. Manage configured integrations from Dashboard → Settings → Integrations.

Available Integrations

Microsoft 365

Use supported Microsoft file and productivity workflows where your organization has enabled them, including calendar and document-driven signage scenarios.

Setup: Configure the Microsoft integration in your organization settings and authorize the required access.

Power BI

Embed supported Power BI dashboards or reporting surfaces for operational or executive displays.

Setup: Connect the Power BI workspace or report source required by your organization.

Google Services

Use supported Google-based workflows such as calendar, presentation, or content references where configured for your team.

Setup: Authorize the required Google account and enable the specific workflow you plan to use.

YouTube

Reference public YouTube videos or streams for supported playback scenarios.

Setup: Add a supported YouTube URL when creating content or configuring a display workflow.

Stock Media

Use built-in stock media workflows to source imagery for content, templates, and AI-assisted design work.

Setup: No separate credential setup is required when the stock-media workflow is enabled in your workspace.

Organization-Specific Connectors

Some workspaces also enable Slack, Salesforce, or other custom connectors through tenant-specific configuration.

Setup: Check your organization's integrations page to see which connectors are currently enabled for your environment.

Managing Integrations

Supported integrations can be managed from Dashboard → Settings → Integrations:

  • Connect: Authenticate and authorize a new integration
  • Configure: Adjust settings, permissions, and sync options
  • Disconnect: Revoke access and remove the integration
  • Status: See connection health and last sync timestamp

Plan Availability

Integration availability depends on the plan and tenant configuration shown in your workspace. Use the integrations page in the dashboard as the source of truth for what your organization can enable today.
