Managing Your Subscription
Manage your subscription from Dashboard → Billing:
- Upgrade or downgrade: Review available plan changes before confirming.
- Usage review: See current quotas and consumption for the billing dimensions tracked in your workspace.
- Invoices: Review payment history and downloadable invoice records where enabled.
- Subscription changes: Cancelation timing, renewals, and contract details are shown inside the billing flow.
Payment Methods
StreamSign uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Accepted methods:
- Supported credit and debit card payments
- Invoice-based or contract billing for eligible commercial agreements
Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. StreamSign never stores or processes your card details directly.
Invoices
View and download past invoices from Dashboard → Billing → Invoices. Invoices include the charge data available to your organization's billing flow and can be used for finance or procurement review.
Quotas & Usage
Each plan has usage quotas. View your current usage from Dashboard → Billing → Usage:
- Players: Registered devices or active player count where applicable
- Storage: Content and media usage
- AI usage: AI Studio or AI workflow consumption where enabled
- Other quotas: Any plan-specific operational or commercial limits tracked for your account
Your workspace billing view is the source of truth for the quota signals and notifications enabled for your organization.

Trial terms, pilot environments, and commercial rollout options can vary. Refer to the billing page in your workspace or your commercial agreement for the terms that apply to your organization.
